All persons attending/volunteering/working or otherwise entering this event must be at least 21 years of age and must show a valid pictured ID. This event will NOT be canceled due to weather. By purchasing a ticket I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages, death, personal injury or property damage which I may SUSTAIN, or which hereafter accrue to me arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in this event against Rozalski Scoville LLC. I understand and agree that this waiver/release and assumption of risk is binding on my heirs and assigns. I understand I may not be served alcohol or serve alcohol at the discretion of the event producers and or staff. I understand that I may be removed from the event, at the sole discretion of the producer of this event and their assignees for any misconducts causing annoyance or danger to others including but not limited to, excessive cursing, aggressive behavior, etc. I give my permission to Rozalski Scoville LLC, and all attendees, affiliates, sponsors, media, etc. to use my name, photographs, or any other media including video or audio format collected at this event.
